'I have been working in various roles in the SQL Server Technical support team for the past 15+ years. Currently working as a content manager in the team and am responsible for driving content readiness for our customers and engineers. Among other things related to content, I work with SMEs within our support team to create new KB articles and improve existing ones for various SQL issues to ensure we always have content that is perfect and discoverable.
